Job summary

A leading oil and gas company in the United Arab Emirates is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to optimize resources and improve operational performance across multiple facilities. The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance engineering, specifically with rotating and static equipment. Responsibilities include developing procedures, conducting reliability assessments, and ensuring compliance with technical standards. This role requires excellent knowledge of mechanical safety and HSE practices, alongside strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance engineering of rotating and static equipment.
• In-depth knowledge of Oil and Gas industry equipment.
• Good understanding of mechanical safety requirements and HSE procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure optimized resources and downtime for mechanical equipment.
• Develop and implement systems for operational performance improvement.
• Manage and review mechanical layouts and contribute to design improvements.
