4. HR Policies & Compliance – Implementing company policies while adhering to GCC labor regulations.
5. Training & Development – Organizing employee training programs to enhance skills and productivity.
6. Performance Management – Conducting appraisals, setting KPIs, and ensuring employee growth.
7. Workforce Planning – Managing employee records, contracts, and succession planning.

Minimum 4 years of experience handling recruitment, labor contracts, and visa renewals. UAE experience is a must.
