A leading recruitment consultancy in Dubai seeks an experienced HR manager to help strategically grow the organization. The candidate must have substantial HR and change management experience, reactivate HR policy frameworks, and travel across the region. An energetic and proactive approach is essential, along with CIPD or SHRM certification. Salary ranges from 30-40k AED/month, depending on experience.

Our client is looking for an experienced HR manager with both international and UAE experience within a large corporate environment, to join and assist in helping to strategically structure and grow the organisation.
You must have a significant amount of experience in HR and change management and have the ability to implement and improve HR policy frameworks, processes and tools. You must be able to travel across the region and assist the Country Director in the growth and development of the organisation within the region. You must be energetic and driven and operated successfully in an international matrix & multi-cultural business. You will also be there to help drive the business strategy and targets of the organization within the region. Salary 30-40k AED/month dependent on experience. Must have CIPD or SHRM.
