Job summary

An international hospitality leader based in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Executive Office Coordinator to support the COO. Responsibilities include managing the COO's agenda, preparing reports and presentations, and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in operations or project management, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Office 365. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage the COO's agenda including scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials for leadership forums.

Education
