Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior operational leader in a 3PL or freight forwarding company.
• Experience in a company of comparable scale (80–250 employees, $10–30M turnover).
• Hands-on experience in selecting and implementing WMS and ERP systems.
• Strong background in warehouse and logistics management.

Responsibilities

• Provide full P&L and strategic leadership.
• Oversee and optimize operations including warehousing and freight forwarding.
• Lead the implementation of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP system.
• Build and lead a high-performing team.
• Manage key client relationships.
