  • Advise the Board on financial strategy, capital planning, liquidity, and profitability.
  • Evaluate investment portfolios, asset allocation, major transactions, and emerging opportunities.
  • Provide oversight on investment platforms, structured products, valuations, and due diligence.
  • Lead advisory on M&A, capital raising, IPOs, sukuk/bonds, private placements, and strategic deals.
  • Assess regulatory compliance, financial governance, risk controls, and market exposure.
  • Contribute to financial centre development, investment policy frameworks, and performance dashboards.
  • Advise on digital assets, tokenization, and relevant fintech/DeFi initiatives (where applicable).
  • Support Board committees and review audit, risk, and regulatory reports.
