About the Role

We are seeking a hands‑on General Manager to lead our operations. This is a pivotal role for a leader who has experience in a similarly scaled organization (80‑250 staff, $10–30M annual turnover) and thrives in building and optimizing systems from the ground up. The primary focus will be on strengthening our warehousing division, implementing robust processes and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full P&L and strategic leadership for the company.
• Oversee and optimize all operations: warehousing, freight forwarding, customs and cargo handling.
• Lead the implementation, integration and optimization of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP system.
• Build mentor and lead a high‑performing team fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Establish new operations and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support scalable growth.
• Manage key client relationships and ensure the delivery of exceptional service.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior operational leader within a 3PL or freight forwarding company.
• Must have experience in a company of comparable scale (80–250 employees, $10–30M turnover).
• A demonstrated track record of building teams with large groups of people and establishing new operations from the ground up.
• Hands‑on experience in selecting, implementing and working with WMS and ERP systems.
• Strong background in warehouse and logistics management with a focus on process improvement.

This role is not suited for individuals who have only worked in large multinational corporations where established systems and structures were already in place.
