BG Global Recruitment is recruiting for a leading Egg Production Farm in the UAE. Our client wants to hire a Team Leader Packing & Grading. This role is essential in overseeing the egg packaging and grading process ensuring efficiency, quality and compliance with industry standards.

• Supervise and lead the packing & grading team to ensure efficient workflow.
• Properly and safely package egg cartons to maintain product safety and quality.
• Ensure egg cartons are correctly labeled with directional and warning labels.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards for egg cartons and the packaging area.
• Implement and improve packaging processes to enhance efficiency and minimize waste.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
• Train and guide team members to maintain high performance and safety protocols.
• Monitor inventory levels of packaging materials and coordinate replenishment as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health safety and regulatory guidelines.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a cagefree layer farm.
• Diploma or High School education required.
• Proficiency in English preferred for effective communication.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality control and efficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
