Job summary
A leading hospitality group in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Cluster Assistant Sales Manager (Corporate) to drive revenue growth and manage corporate accounts across two properties. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience in the Dubai hospitality market, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in sales tools. A valid UAE driver’s license is required. Qualifications
- Preferably with previous Marriott experience.
- Proven track record in sales within the hospitality market in Dubai.
- Valid UAE driver's license is mandatory.

Courtyard by Marriott Al Barsha and Courtyard by Marriott Dubai World Trade Centre are seeking a dynamic Cluster Assistant Sales Manager (Corporate) to join our vibrant team.
- Drive revenue growth across both properties by effectively targeting and managing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, key clients, and partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and uphold Marriott’s brand standards.
- Preferably with previous Marriott experience.
- Proven track record in sales, specifically with corporate account management within the Dubai hospitality market.
- In-depth knowledge of the Al Barsha, Dubai Internet City (DIC), and Sheikh Zayed Road (SZR) markets.
- Valid UAE driver’s license (mandatory).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cluster team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, OPERA and sales tools.
