• Role -Financial Planning and Analysis Lead

Job Summary:

The FP&A Lead plays a pivotal role in driving financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across UAE-based stores. As a strategic finance partner to Operations, Marketing, and Development, the role ensures insightful analysis of sales, labor, and costs, supporting business decisions and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Forecasting:
• Lead budget cycles, develop dynamic models incorporating QSR KPIs, and support new store opening projections.
• Performance Analysis:
• Conduct monthly reviews, analyze P&L variances, and assess campaign effectiveness.
• Business Partnering:
• Support strategic decision-making for Operations, Development, and Marketing through data-driven insights.
• Reporting & Insights:
• Develop standardized dashboards and reports; ensure accuracy and executive usability.
• Process Improvement:
• Drive automation, system upgrades, and BI tool integration (Power BI, Tableau) to enhance financial processes.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; Master’s preferred
• 3–6 years of FP&A experience, ideally in QSR/F&B sector
• Strong skills in financial modeling, P&L analysis, forecasting, and ERP/BI tools
• Analytical mindset, detail orientation, commercial acumen, and stakeholder influence
