We are seeking an Arabic-speaking Program Manager to lead large-scale digital and technology implementation projects. The role requires strong technical knowledge, experience managing multiple teams, vendors, and the ability to coordinate stakeholders while driving delivery.
Experience working on UAE government projects is critical to being successful in this program.

- Manage technical and business leads and vendors to ensure smooth delivery.

- Arabic-speaking preferred.
- Confident, proactive, and able to take ownership.
