Job summary
A leading hospitality company in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a dedicated F&B Hostess who will provide exceptional service and ensure guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a reputable hotel or restaurant, possess strong product knowledge, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. This full-time role emphasizes teamwork and attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Hostess in a reputable Hotel or Restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of beverage and menu items.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests with menu items and provide informative service.
- Knowledge of beverage lists and preparation methods.
- Follow safety and sanitation policies with food and beverage.

What you will be doing:
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions menu items and preparation methods
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Qualifications:
Your experience and skills include:
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Should have min. 1 year experience as a Hostess for a reputed Hotel/Restaurant
- Should have a strong F&B Product Knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
