A leading energy provider in Abu Dhabi is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage materials movement and ensure compliance with QHSE standards. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly in tubulars management, and strong command of English and Hindi or Urdu. Key responsibilities include overseeing materials IN/OUT, coordinating vehicle operations, and monitoring HSE issues.
Qualifications
5 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, with 3 years in tubulars management preferred.
Understanding of QHSE standards and improvement programs.
Fluent in English and Hindi or Urdu.

Maintain records of materials IN/OUT at VTSA Yard.
Report delays in vehicle arrivals to logistics supervisor.
Coordinate loading and offloading operations effectively.

Job Responsibilities
Maintain complete Materials IN/OUT to & from VTSA Yard.
Immediate Reporting to LS, delay in arrival of Vehicles and issues with drivers.
Checking of IN/OUT materials while receiving and releasing from VTSA Yard.
Releasing the Trucks from Parking Lot to Loading or Offloading Location based on Delivery Summary Priority.
Weekly Reporting of Materials IN/OUT/Unsafe Rig Return/Other Logistics Issues.
Liaising with Riggers/Operators/MC’s to load & offload the Vehicles on time based on the plan proposed by LS.
Any Incoming Material’s Documents should be Acknowledged & recorded.
Acknowledging the Delivery Summary email with all necessary docs and information once the daily activity is completed.
Maintain the Logistics Stock areas neat and clean following 5S HSE Standards.
Weekly & Monthly Reporting of Materials IN/OUT/Unsafe Rig Return.
Daily Stock Checking & reporting of Logistics Materials (Dunnage/Stoppers/Nails) to concerned Transport company.
Updating MR Tracking Sheet on Daily Basis.
Following up with Drivers for the Vehicles to be on time at VTSA Yard for both Loading & Offloading.
Handling ADNOC Loading Permit Forms with RIGS for on time release of Vehicles from Yard.
Liaising with MC’s and Printing Delivery Notes for all Deliveries.
Liaising with MC’s and Creating Dispatch ID in WMS.
Liaising with Inspection Team/MC’s and proceed Dispatch Scanning.
To Support scanning activities for Movements and Entrance of Pipes
Daily Updating of Material Ownership IN/OUT of our Yard in the Tracking Sheet.
Complete Backup for LS Vacation or non-available Days.
Timely Support for LS on all other Logistics Activities.
Any issues on the ground, to be intimated to LS on top priority.
Monitor, Maintain & Report all the HSE issues to LS, during all Logistics Activities.
Candidate Requirements
Education: Graduation in any discipline
Experience: Required: 5 Years in Oil & Gas industry, Wished: 3 Years in Tubulars Management
Language: Required: English & Hindi or Urdu
Skills and Knowledge:
Understanding of QHSE standards and participation in improvement programs.
Possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Flexible and innovative approach towards problem solving.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook).
Good knowledge of OCTG products, storage, handling, and repair process.
Experience in coordination of OCTG shipments with transport subcontractors.
Promptly highlight issues and propose solutions based on supporting data.
