We are looking for a HR SSC for our Abu Dhabi Office.
Job Summary:
The HR Shared Services Center (SSC) Specialist is responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. This role involves handling onboarding, contracts, HR letters, offboarding, visa applications, and supporting the payroll operations. The HR SSC Specialist will act as a key local point of contact for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new joiners, ensuring all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
- Prepare and issue employment contracts and addendums in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
- Handle probation confirmations and contract renewals.
HR Administration & Compliance
- Draft and issue HR-related letters, including salary certificates, NOCs, experience letters, and other official documents.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in all HR processes.
- Provide administrative support in HR audits and internal compliance checks.
Visa & Work Permit Management
- Manage the full visa application process, including work permits, residency visas, medical tests, and Emirates ID registration (if applicable).
- Liaise with government authorities and PROs to ensure timely completion of visa processes.
- Track visa expiry dates and facilitate timely renewals and cancellations as needed.
Payroll & Benefits Support
- Collaborate with the payroll team by providing necessary employee data for accurate salary processing.
- Assist in managing employee benefits, including health insurance enrollment and claims support.
- Address employee inquiries related to payroll, leave, and benefits.
Offboarding & Exit Management
- Manage the offboarding process, including final settlement calculations, visa cancellation, and exit interviews.
- Ensure smooth clearance processes for departing employees.
- Maintain exit records and provide necessary documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in HR operations, preferably in an SSC or multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and visa regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
