We are currently partnering with a leading healthcare organization to recruit an Executive Assistant based in Dubai. This role will provide highlevel support to senior leadership ensuring seamless daytoday operations while maintaining discretion and professionalism in a dynamic fastpaced environment.

What Youll be Doing

• Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders managing correspondence and communications.
• Coordinate complex calendars schedule meetings and arrange travel and accommodations.
• Prepare and edit reports presentations and other documents with precision and attention to detail.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost professionalism.
• Proactively manage the executives priorities and anticipate needs to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external contacts to ensure smooth communication and effective workflow.
• Support strategic initiatives by organizing and managing special projects as needed.

Who You Are

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant preferably within the healthcare industry or a related field.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
• Discreet reliable and capable of handling sensitive information with integrity.
• Adaptable and resourceful thriving in a fastpaced and evolving environment.
