- Lead by example, providing a warm and friendly welcome to guests and ensuring a positive image of the establishment through your attitude and professionalism.
- Guarantee the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in all guest rooms and public areas.
- Train, motivate, and supervise the housekeeping team, ensuring compliance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Manage daily schedules, room assignments, and inventory of cleaning supplies and linen.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and feedback, turning every interaction into a positive experience.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Contribute to achieving set targets in terms of guest satisfaction, efficiency, and cost control.
