Delman is expanding, and we are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced professional who understands the local logistics market and thrives on building lasting partnerships.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Air & Sea)
• Build, manage, and grow a strong client portfolio
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to deliver seamless execution
• Monitor market trends to support strategic planning

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of experience in sales in the logistics industry, in UAE
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or an MBA preferred
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding and supply chain solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
