A leading real estate firm in Dubai is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager. This role involves leading the sales team, implementing effective sales strategies, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in real estate sales, with a strong knowledge of the UAE market and proven leadership skills. Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales with a minimum of 8-10 years, of which 3 years in a leadership role ideally.
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, sales dynamics.
- Excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills.
- Good team management and interpersonal abilities.
- Results-driven with an excellent track record and commercially astute.
- Must be a go-getter, dynamic with a passion for sales.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the Sales Team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their sales skills.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management.

Position Summary: The Senior Sales Manager would lead the sales team at NIP in Dubai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team of property consultants and ensuring the success of the property sales initiatives are well achieved.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the Sales Team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize secondary property sales.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and delight throughout the sales process.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities.
- Training and Development: Train and develop team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge whilst coaching and mentoring them as required.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to senior management.
- Target Achievement: Monitor team performance and review KPIs followed by corrective actions to ensure targets are met or adhered to and even exceed expectation.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
