Job Title: Section Head Capital Projects Procurement

The Section Head Capital Projects Procurement is responsible for leading and managing all procurement activities related to capital projects working in close coordination with project owners internal stakeholders and external service providers. This role ensures that procurement processes are conducted in full compliance with established standards policies and regulatory frameworks while upholding principles of transparency efficiency and value for money.

A key function of the role is to oversee end-to-end procurement planning execution and contract management processes ensuring alignment with project timelines budgets and objectives.
