Job Title: Section Head Projects Strategy

The Section Head Projects Strategy plays a leading role in shaping and guiding the strategic direction of capital projects by overseeing the development of detailed analyses related to approved strategies and closely monitoring the implementation of strategic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This role is instrumental in ensuring that capital projects are fully aligned with broader government objectives and deliver measurable impact in line with Abu Dhabi's vision.

As the head of the Strategic Integration Section the role involves extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams to embed strategic priorities into every stage of the capital project lifecycle. This includes translating high-level strategic plans into actionable insights and ensuring that projects are initiated, executed and measured in alignment with defined strategic goals.

The Section Head serves as a key liaison between the planning teams, stakeholders and senior management, clearly communicating strategic objectives and performance expectations. By fostering transparency, alignment and accountability the role ensures that all stakeholders are engaged and working towards shared outcomes.

In addition to driving strategic alignment the Section Head plays a pivotal role in enhancing project planning methodologies through continuous improvement initiatives. This includes evaluating existing practices, identifying opportunities for optimization and contributing to the development of refined planning frameworks that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of capital project delivery.
