Mortgage Broker

On-Target Earnings (OTE): AED 500000 AEDper annum

About the Role:

Pure Resourcing Limited is collaborating with one of the UKs premier HNW mortgage brokerages to expand its operations within the UAE. We are seeking experienced Mortgage Brokers to be based in Dubai (Dubai Marina) and Abu Dhabi. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for motivated and highly professional Mortgage Advisers / Brokers to service clients financing property in Dubai Abu Dhabi and overseas property investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert mortgage advice to clients in Dubai and Abu Dhabi including HNW clients.
• Structure and manage complex mortgage solutions including residential development and commercial finance lending.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and lending practices.
• Collaborate with private banks and independent mortgage institutions to secure optimal financing options for clients.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction.

Experience & Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum of 18 months experience in mortgage broking / advising within Dubai and/or Abu Dhabi.
• In-depth understanding of the local Dubai / Abu Dhabi property market.
• Proven track record in mortgage lending including complex mortgages residential development and commercial finance.
• Experience in private banking or independent mortgage brokerage.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Excellent communication skills and a high degree of professionalism.
• Confident at networking and developing relationships.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent.

Desirable:

• Proficiency in Arabic and/or Urdu.
• CeMAP qualification or equivalent
