We will count on you to:
  • Provide essential support to brokers and senior brokers addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Analyze client data and feedback conduct claims analysis and deliver exceptional service to our internal retail office and cedants.
  • Prepare regular reports on billing sheets endorsements and other documentation to support the broking process.
  • Collaborate closely with brokers, senior brokers and cross-functional teams including finance and operations to align client needs with company offerings and initiatives.
  • Identify and recommend process enhancements to improve middle office practices and increase operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of the broking process endorsements market submissions and feedback during the renewal process to ensure continuity and accountability.
  • Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and best practices in client relationship management to contribute to strategic planning.
What you need to have:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in client relationship management customer service or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word) with strong Excel skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
