Job summary
A prominent design firm in the UAE seeks a skilled interior design leader to oversee high-end projects including mixed-use, hospitality, and luxury residential designs. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field and have 7–10 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership, management skills, and proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp are essential. Female candidates are encouraged to apply due to project requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in high-end interior design projects.
- Proven experience in mixed-use, hospitality, and luxury residential projects.
- Strong background working with ID consultants and/or developers/PMC.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, FF&E, and interior design detailing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

Looking for a candidate with strong leadership and design skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing high-end interior design projects (e.g. Mixed-use, Hospitality, Residential) preferably with previous working experience with interior design consultants and Developer/PMC. Key responsibilities include overseeing design process, coordinating with clients & consultants, and managing site execution.
