Job summary
A leading hospitality company in Dubai seeks a manager to supervise restaurant operations, lead a food and beverage team, and ensure exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates have a strong background in hospitality and leadership, along with experience in food service management. You will be responsible for daily operations, training staff, and maintaining service standards, aiming to maximize guest and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 4 years experience in the food and beverage culinary or related professional area.
- Experience managing day-to-day operations with strong attention to service and sanitation standards.
- Ability to lead and mentor staff to improve service quality.
Responsibilities
- Supervises daily restaurant operations and assists with menu planning.
- Trains staff to meet service standards and improve guest satisfaction.
- Handles guest problems and complaints to ensure positive experiences.
