A leading logistics company in Dubai is looking for an ISM Functional User Manager. This role involves managing a team for business analysis, providing strategic direction, and ensuring integration of brokerage solutions. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in IT project management, strong communication skills in English and Hindi, and expertise in database management. This permanent position requires applicants to be based in the UAE.
ISM Functional User Manager
The ISM Functional User Manager manages a team that develops functional and business work products to support new projects and existing applications for the organization. This position is responsible for initiating and providing strategic direction for business analysis within specified areas. He/She determines feasible options and recommends solutions to grow the business. The ISM Functional User Manager establishes and improves the organization’s business analysis processes and effectiveness by providing solutions which meet business needs. This position manages the impact and integration of brokerage solutions for business processes and systems. He/She collaborates with internal and external stakeholders (governmental and cross brokerage trade industry) and senior management to establish and implement processes that enhance efficiency and improve work products for the enterprise. The ISM Functional User Manager maintains a high level of proficiency in a broad range of business analysis knowledge and techniques. He/She influences and directs the management of projects to ensure optimal performance and business objectives are achieved. This position remains current on industry best practices, standards, trends, tools, methodology, emerging technologies, and techniques.
