- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets within the UAE and international markets.
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients in the cosmetics, personal care and related sectors.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and client feedback to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics and R&D) to meet client requirements and deliver customized solutions.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and performance analysis for senior management.
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote the company’s products and expand the client base.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the UAE, preferably within the packaging, FMCG or personal care product sector.
- Proven experience selling perfume pumps, aerosol valves or similar packaging solutions is highly preferred.
- Strong network of industry contacts and understanding of UAE market dynamics.

- Must hold a valid UAE Driving License.
