Apt Resources is looking for a highly skilled and motivated HORECA Sales Manager to join our clients catering company. In this role you will be responsible for driving sales within the Hotel Restaurant and Caf (HORECA) sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in the catering industry and a proven track record of building relationships with key clients to maximize revenue and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the HORECA sector.
  • Identify and target potential clients in the hotel and restaurant industries establishing long‑term relationships.
  • Conduct regular market research to understand trends and client needs in the catering business.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients ensuring profitability for the company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Analyze sales performance data and report on key metrics to management.
  • Attend industry events networking opportunities and trade shows to promote the companys services.
  • Resolve client queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales preferably in the catering or HORECA sector.
  • Strong understanding of the HORECA market and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
