Garage is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to manage customer service and workshop coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong automotive knowledge, excellent communication skills, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and accurately record vehicle concerns and service requests
• Conduct initial vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance
• Open job cards and maintain accurate service records in garage management software
• Operate workshop software to track jobs, generate estimates, and update work status
• Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff to ensure timely job completion
• Prepare cost estimates and obtain customer approvals
• Provide regular updates to customers about repair progress
• Inspect completed work and ensure quality standards are met before delivery
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-up after service
• Support inventory management for parts required in repair jobs

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive garage or dealership
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and inspection procedures
• Familiarity with opening and closing job cards and workshop processes
• Ability to operate garage management software and service tracking systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
