Role Overview:

As aMarketing Manager, you will be responsible fordeveloping, executing, and managingmarketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and ensure a strong digital and offline presence for FirstPoint Design, FirstPoint Renovation/Fitout, and FirstPoint Maintenance. You will work closely with the leadership team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement acomprehensive marketing strategyfor all business divisions.
• Managebrand positioningto ensure consistency across FirstPoint Group.
• Overseedigital marketing campaigns, social media, and content strategyto drive engagement and lead generation.
• Coordinateadvertising, PR, and promotional activitiesfor maximum visibility.
• Managewebsite updates, SEO, and digital presenceto ensure strong online visibility.
• Plan and executemarketing materialssuch as brochures, presentations, and case studies.
• Overseemarketing budgetsand optimize spending for ROI.
• Monitor and analyzemarketing performance metricsto drive continuous improvement.
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experienceas a Marketing Manager, preferably ininterior design, fit-out, construction, or maintenanceindustries.
• Strong understanding ofbranding, digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategies.
• Experience inB2B and B2C marketingwith lead generation expertise.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability toanalyze market trends and competitor strategiesto refine marketing initiatives.
• Familiarity withmarketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics tools.
