POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic Arabic-speaking Marketing Manager with 3–5 years of experience in the UAE’s automotive sector, and at least 2–3 years in a senior marketing position. This role will focus on integrated marketing strategy development and execution to enhance brand visibility and market share for automotive sales, aftersales, and services.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in 360° campaigns (including ATL, BTL, digital, PR, events, and influencer marketing) and a strong understanding of local consumer touchpoints and on-ground activations. Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory, and a UAE driving license is preferred.
- The Marketing Manager will be directly reporting to the Regional Marketing Director.
- Focus on product marketing, be responsible for developing the integrated marketing strategies for product line and its' execution, continuously increasing brand awareness and market share from the marketing side for the responsible markets.
- To develop and implement marketing strategies for vehicle sales parts and services and promote brand image to increase the market share and sales.
KEY RESULTS / ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE
- Work with Regional Marketing Director, Headquarter and develop an integrated marketing strategy including but not limited to marketing analysis, TA insights, digital marketing, AD strategy, ATL and BTL, PR etc. to effectively achieve brand promotion objectives and increase market share for sales, aftersales department in line with their respective business strategies.
- Overseas all areas of marketing and advertising including digital and traditional marketing strategy, campaign management.
- Uses of costumer data and insight to drive marketing plan and actives.
- Support sales and aftersales team in promotion and aftersales marketing campaign for continuously increasing market share and customer loyalty.
- Collaborates with RMD, Headquarter and agencies on most effective media mix, strategy and ad placement as well as optimising budgets for targeted reach and frequency of messaging for the brand.
- Market research and intelligence and product competition analysis.
- Marketing budget and support acceptance management.
- Coordinate with HQ and regional markets for implementing the HQ's marketing direction.
- Other tasks required by the management.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related field.
- Minimum of 3 years marketing work experience in the Automotive industry.
- Experience in developing the integrated marketing strategy and its execution.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
- Ability to work in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Track record of success in growing a brand in the region.
- Demonstrated ability to develop a strategic marketing plan.
- A passion for the consumer, for brands, and for seeking out and applying consumer insights that can build the business.
- Excellent management, planning and organizational skills. Able to produce 6–12-month plans in advance at the correct level of detail.
- Manages activities and people either directly or through others.
- Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Arabic.
