A real estate company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to promote and sell residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will excel in negotiation and have strong knowledge of the local real estate market. Responsibilities include building client relationships, managing transactions, and conducting property tours. This role also involves using CRM systems to follow up on leads and ensuring compliance with necessary sales procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent or in a similar role.
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills with the ability to persuade clients.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and its trends.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Experience using CRM and client management systems.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
