As the Head of Marketing, you will lead brand strategy, digital growth, and marketing innovation to strengthen the company's position as the regions most trusted aesthetics and longevity brand. This role requires a visionary leader who combines creativity with analytical thinking, capable of driving performance, brand desirability, and customer loyalty across all touchpoints. A deep passion for beauty, science, and wellness is essential.
Define and evolve the company's unique brand proposition and identity across all markets.
Translate the brand vision into integrated 360° campaigns across digital, print, in-clinic, and PR channels.
Establish the brand as a thought leader in aesthetics, longevity, and wellness through storytelling and strategic content.
Monitor and analyze brand equity, customer sentiment, and market innovation to guide continuous improvement.
Oversee the full digital marketing funnel including SEO, paid media, CRM, website, and analytics.
Lead performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Manage KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, LTV, and customer retention.
Implement A/B testing, audience segmentation, and data-driven insights to optimize conversions.
Align call center lead generation, tracking, and reporting with campaign objectives and sales results.
Drive launch strategies for new treatments, services, and wellness solutions.
Develop go-to-market toolkits, including naming, messaging, digital assets, and training materials.
Collaborate with medical and product innovation teams to align marketing with service development and results.
Strengthen lifecycle marketing through email, SMS, retargeting, and loyalty programs.
Drive clinic traffic and online consultations using geo-targeted campaigns.
Utilize insights from reviews, NPS, and social listening to enhance engagement and retention.
Build, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary team across brand, content, digital, and performance marketing.
Manage external agencies and freelancers in media buying, PR, SEO, and creative production.
Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture focused on learning, innovation, and measurable results.
Minimum 8 to10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in beauty, wellness, healthcare, or premium/luxury consumer services.
Strong track record in both brand marketing and performance marketing.
Expertise in managing digital platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Creative thinker with strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities.
