1. Market Expansion: Develop and execute a comprehensive sale and Go To Market plan to expand presence in the GCC market, with new business acquisition in the UAE, Qatar and Oman, with special focus on banking & financial services sector.
2. Client Relationships: Leverage existing relationships and banking industry knowledge across the target countries in GCC.
3. Partner Management: Establish and manage partnerships with local IT services & product partners to enhance our market penetration.
4. Sales Lifecycle: Manage lifecycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal development and deal closure.
5. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies.
6. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales performance reports and market insights to senior management.
7. Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and bidding teams to align sales efforts with company capabilities and go-to-market messaging.
8. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums in the GCC.
