Job summary
A leading global hospitality company is seeking a Telephone Operator to provide exceptional customer service by managing Guest inquiries and delivering messages. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality service. You will play a critical role in ensuring guest satisfaction and enhancing their experience. This position requires IT proficiency, and experience in a customer-focused industry is beneficial.
