Manage the front desk operations of a salon, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, handling payments, managing stock inventory, etc. To play a key role in creating a positive client experience.

Core Duties
  • Client Interaction: Greeting clients, offering refreshments, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Appointment Management: Scheduling appointments, managing the salon's calendar, and sending out appointment reminders.
  • Communication: Answering phones, responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and relaying information to stylists.
  • Payment Processing: Handling cash, credit card transactions, and issuing receipts.
  • Maintaining the Reception Area: Keeping the reception area clean, tidy, and organized.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assisting with filing, data entry, and maintaining client records.
  • Inventory Management: Ensuring the salon is stocked with necessary supplies and products.
  • Customer Service: Addressing client complaints and feedback, and resolving issues as needed.
Skills Required
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Both verbal and written communication are essential for interacting with clients and staff. Preferred English and Arabic speaking skills.
