The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement and boost sales. This role oversees all marketing activities including digital marketing, advertising, promotions, events and market research ensuring alignment with the company’s business goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer behavior to identify opportunities.
- Set clear KPIs and track marketing performance against goals.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels including print, digital and in-store.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, social media content, campaigns and advertisements.
- Manage collaborations with influencers, partners or media outlets to enhance brand exposure.
- Lead digital marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns and paid ads.
- Analyze digital campaign performance and optimize strategies for better results.
- Manage website content updates and online store promotions (if applicable).
- Plan and execute marketing events, product launches and in-store promotions.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and agencies to ensure event success.
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget effectively.
- Monitor marketing expenses and ensure campaigns stay within budget.
- Supervise and support the marketing team (if applicable).
- Coordinate with sales, retail and other departments to align marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in marketing; retail or F&B industry experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms and analytics.
- Excellent communication, project management and organizational skills.
- Creative, proactive and results-oriented.
- Familiarity with design tools and marketing software is an advantage.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
