Job summary
A prominent hotel group is seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager for its operations in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in hotel management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a strong understanding of hotel operations. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maximizing profitability. Candidates should have a degree in Hospitality Management and at least 5 years in a senior management role. Proficiency in French is required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or similar role.
- Minimum of 5 years in a senior management position within the hospitality industry.
- Ability to speak French.
