Job summary

A prominent hotel group is seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager for its operations in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.   • Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth running of all departments
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise hotel revenue and profitability
  • Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licencing regulations
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
  • Monitor and control hotel expenses and budgets
