A leading technology solutions provider in South Africa is seeking an experienced SAP BW/4HANA Developer to design and maintain solutions using SAP’s Layered Scalable Architecture. The role requires proficiency in data modeling and process chain management and offers opportunities to work with advanced SAP BI tools. Ideal candidates should have relevant SAP certifications and strong analytical skills.

Description du poste
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SAP BW/4HANA solutions following SAP’s Layered Scalable Architecture (LSA++).
- Design and implement BW extractors, Master Data, DSOs, Cubes, Composite Providers, and Open Hub Extracts.
- Perform Extraction, Modeling, and Query Design in SAP BW.
- Build and maintain complex Process Chains for data loading and transformation.
- Support SAP BI development using SAP Web Intelligence, SAP Analysis for Excel, and Lumira Designer.
- Monitor and troubleshoot process chains and data loads.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in SAP BW/4HANA development and architecture.
- Proficiency in BW extractors, data modeling, and query design.
- Ability to manage and optimize process chains.
- Exposure to SAP BI tools and reporting solutions.
- Knowledge of SAP BW best practices and performance tuning.

- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA integration with BW.
- Strong SQL and performance tuning skills.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and SAP project lifecycle.
- Ability to work with large data volumes and optimize data flows.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
