A leading retail company is seeking a dynamic Store Manager in Johannesburg to take full ownership of the Brakpan store. The candidate must have a strong sales mindset and at least five years of retail management experience. Responsibilities include managing staff, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Performance-based bonuses and compensation for using a personal vehicle are included.

- Manage and supervise store staff.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, including school principals.
- Order and manage stock levels.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Open and close the store, including cash handling and reconciliations.
- Use own vehicle for work purposes (compensation provided).
- Operate the store as if it were your own business, making independent decisions to drive success.
- Optionally open the store on Sundays to increase business.
- Perform weekly banking and financial reconciliations.
- Matric certificate.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in retail management.
- Strong sales-focused mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
