Night Vault Room Operator - Security & Logistics
Job summary
A security service provider is looking for a candidate for a position at the Worcester Branch in South Africa. The role involves distributing and receiving consignments, managing vault room duties, and requires at least one year in the security industry. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, be computer literate, and able to work under pressure. Qualifications
- Clear criminal record requirement.
- PSIRA accreditation with Grade C is advantageous.
- At least 1 year experience in security industry or similar role.
- Computer literacy is compulsory.
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Ability to work at night.
- Capability to work under pressure.
- Must be physically fit.
Responsibilities
- Prepare for vault room duties.
- Plan vault room schedules for CIT.
- Receive and distribute consignments for CIT teams.
- Scan consignments.
- Balance vault and secure it.
- Sort consignments.
- Document and manage administration tasks.
- Conduct searching duties.
