4. Hands-on experience in electrical/electronic testing
5. Ability to install software and update firmware independently
6. Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting
7. Skilled in using office software for project coordination
8. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
9. Strong learning ability and adaptability
10. Experience in writing test reports, operational documentation, and other technical materials
11. Experience in coordinating prototype runs with manufacturing teams
12. Ability to communicate with teams on projects, priorities, and schedules
13. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
14. Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used
15. Collaborating with technicians and customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
16. Willingness to travel within Africa
