The Primary purpose of this position is to support overall responsibility for the Southgate Shopping Centre and to ensure that all KPI’s are met or exceeded. To manage marketing agencies in such a way that the overall portfolio KPI’s are executed in the best interest of the respective properties and their tenants.

Support the Leasing Management team and Centre Management with various marketing and stakeholder relations activities to best maintain relations with key Client and Tenants.

• Support in the Strategic planning and formulation of Shopping Centre Marketing and Communication Strategy to be executed within scope, budget and stipulated timelines.
• Efficient supply chain management and relationship building with marketing agencies deployed at various retail properties.
• Oversee all Non-GLA activities.
• Compilation and management of all centre marketing budgets.
• Oversee the execution of Market Research on various properties when and where required.
• Assist in the formulation of policies and terms of reference documents relating to rural and urban stakeholder relationship management.
• Manage and Maintain solid relationships with tenants and customers, through strategic relationship management activities.
• Assist in the development of tenant interaction strategy.
• Oversee proposal compilation for “new marketing opportunities“(development marketing).
• Oversee and manage appointed marketing agencies on retail sites, through performance management processes.
• Compilation of monthly and bi-monthly center marketing MANCO reports.
• Oversee the management of the centre digital marketing platforms.

• Marketing Degree or equivalent
• 5-7 Years marketing experience
• 5-7 years Management experience
