Job summary
A global BPO company in South Africa is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join their remote team. This role involves reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and fluent English communication. Technical proficiency in MS Office is required, along with a patient demeanor. A background in the ABA therapy industry is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Review incoming resumes and assess candidate suitability.
- Conduct initial phone screens and deeper interview rounds.
- Represent the company professionally during candidate interactions.
- Manage the full onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain candidate records and communicate status updates.

ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa - we are a global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company partnering with a USA-based client in the Healthcare (ABA Therapy) Industry. We are currently seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join our dynamic and growing remote team.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Working Hours: This role requires you to work EST hours, Monday - Friday from 9am to 6pm EST (15h00 to 24h00 South African time - subject to change dependent on daylight savings).
- Internet Requirements:Afixed fibre linewith a minimum speed of25 Mbps (upload & download)and the ability to support awired Ethernet connectionis mandatory.Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.
- Power Backup:Areliable power backup solutionis required to manageload shedding and power outages.Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review incoming resumes and assess candidate suitability.

- Represent the company with professionalism and warmth during candidate interactions.
- Manage the full onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Maintain candidate records and communicate status updates to internal teams.
Required Soft Skills:
- Fluent and professional English communication.
- Patient, friendly phone demeanour.
- Energetic and personable – you’ll be the first point of contact for candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Technical Skills:
- Basic computer literacy.
- Confident navigating MS Office and Outlook.
Preferred Experience (Not Required):
- Experience in recruiting, HR, or onboarding processes.
- Background in the ABA therapy industry is a strong plus.
