The Role

Recruitment Consultant Education

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will focus on sourcing and managing education professionals for UK-based roles. You will be responsible for the full candidate journey from initial contact to placement ensuring high-quality recruitment outcomes that align with safeguarding protocols and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and manage a high volume of education professionals (teachers, TAs, therapists, psychologists, etc.)
  • Maintain strong, supportive relationships with active candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage job adverts, monitor applications, and conduct CV shortlisting
  • Conduct candidate interviews and thorough background checks aligned with safeguarding standards
  • Collaborate with consultants and clients to understand role specifications and match suitable talent
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in the internal database
  • Deliver excellent communication and follow-through from initial engagement to successful placement
About You

Previous experience in UK education recruitment is essential

Familiarity with roles such as teachers, TAs, SEN specialists, and other education professionals

Strong candidate management and delivery capabilities

Knowledge of compliance and safeguarding protocols in the education sector

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive

Able to work remotely and independently while engaging closely with a UK-based team
