About our client
Our client is a global, fully remote NGO building a community of young people, social innovators, employers and funders to create real pathways to livelihoods. They run a series of “labs” – from skills training to real-world paid gigs and support into long-term work – to help marginalised youth move into sustainable, future-fit careers in areas like data, web development and design.
They’re impact-obsessed, data-informed and deeply learner-centred. If you care about using recruitment, systems and data to change lives (not just fill vacancies), this is a powerful place to do it.
