This permanent role offers the opportunity to influence divisional strategy, manage complex portfolios, and lead a high‑performing team, reporting directly to the Head of Procurement.
- Develop and execute long‑term category strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive performance improvements.
- Lead cost‑management initiatives, risk mitigation, and benefits tracking.
- Engage and influence divisional stakeholders through expert procurement advice.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing sourcing team.
- Champion procurement excellence, transformation, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and project‑management skills.
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
