Job summary
A dynamic marketing company in Gauteng is seeking a friendly and professional Call Centre Agent. This role involves making and receiving calls, assisting clients with queries, and supporting the sales team. Ideal candidates should communicate clearly in English and are client-focused. Previous call centre experience is a plus. This position is full-time and in person.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans is a plus.
- Previous call centre or customer service experience is preferred.
- Professional, friendly demeanor required.

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Answer inbound calls and respond to client inquiries.
- Explain our marketing services clearly and professionally.
- Resolve client queries and provide support.
- Keep accurate records of calls and interactions.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, making and receiving calls, providing information about our services, and assisting clients with any questions or concerns.

- Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks efficiently.
- Previous call centre or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
