About the Client:

The client helps customers achieve natural, lasting results through the “Half-a-Pound-a-Day Weight‑Loss Program.” Developed by Dr. Werner Marksfeld, the approach focuses on boosting metabolism, balancing hormones, and reducing inflammation. They attract a steady flow of qualified leads through their social‑media campaigns and are seeking a caring, professional consultant to guide these prospects into their program.

About the Role:

The Virtual Program Consultant & Social Media Coordinator conducts online consultations with potential clients, presents our program using a PowerPoint slide deck (and enhances it for clarity and appeal), and enrolls qualified leads. When not meeting with clients, the consultant will set up all the testimonial posts in advance within our dashboard, write educational and motivational content, and coordinate with the clinicians to ensure a seamless client experience without AI tools. This is a long‑term role for someone who communicates clearly, enjoys helping people, and is comfortable blending sales, presentation, and content‑creation work.

Key Responsibilities

Consultations & Sales

  • Conduct 60–90‑minute virtual consultations with warm leads generated from social media.
  • Present and continually improve the PowerPoint slide deck.
  • Listen with empathy, answer questions, and close enrollment in the program.
  • Follow up with interested leads until they decide.
  • Maintain accurate notes in our CRM or tracking system.

Social‑Media & Content Coordination

  • Manage our Social Media Campaign Dashboard (Similar to Go High Level).
  • Post client testimonials, educational tips, and inspirational content.
  • Use AI tools to create short blog posts and social‑media captions.
  • Schedule posts and maintain consistent branding.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to keep messaging on track.

Team Communication

  • Coordinate with in‑clinic specialists for new‑client handoffs.
  • Share updates and feedback between the virtual and in‑person teams.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Excellent English communication (spoken and written; clear, near‑native fluency).
  • Friendly, empathetic, and professional on video calls.
  • Understanding of the emotional and practical challenges people face with weight loss.
  • Patient, positive, and caring personality.
  • Sales or consultation experience preferred.
  • Skilled in PowerPoint or Canva.
  • Social‑media management experience (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) for writing content.
  • Organized, reliable, and detail oriented.
  • Background in health, fitness, or wellness is a plus.
