In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, making and receiving calls, providing information about our services, and assisting clients with any questions or concerns.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to client inquiries.
  • Explain our marketing services clearly and professionally.
  • Resolve client queries and provide support where needed.
  • Keep accurate records of calls, appointments, and client interactions.
  • Support the sales team by scheduling appointments and following up on leads.
Requirements :
  • Clear, well-spoken English (bilingual in English and Afrika is a plus).
